We offer 2 main services as shown below and pricing differs depending on the service and quantities taken. All prices quoted are Excluding VAT.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

As opposed to the DATA PURCHASE option where clients may only need specific contact fields e.g. tel numbers or physical addresses, the subscription service provides clients with access to ALL available contact fields for each entry within the database up to a pre-defined monthly limit of entries.
The pricing for the subscription service is as follows:
For a minimum of 6 months contract (1 month trial period):
SMALL BUSINESS PACKAGE - R1000 a month (R1 per entry) (R1.25 additional credits)
Get access to 1000 entries a month including ALL contact fields per entry (company name, telephone, fax, email, cell, physical & postal address)
MEDIUM BUSINESS PACKAGE - R2000 a month (R0.80 per entry) (R1.10 additional credits)
Get access to 2500 entries a month including ALL contact fields per entry (company name, telephone, fax, email, cell, physical & postal address)
LARGE BUSINESS PACKAGE - R4000 a month (R0.64 per entry) (R0.95 additional credits)
Get access to 6,250 entries a month including ALL contact fields per entry (company name, telephone, fax, email, cell, physical & postal address)
CORPORATE BUSINESS PACKAGE - R7000 a month (R0.47 per entry) (R0.80 additional credits)
Get access to 15,000 entries a month including ALL contact fields per entry (company name, telephone, fax, email, cell, physical & postal address)
DATA PURCHASE
- Create your campaign online
- Select the contact fields you want (tel, fax, address etc)
- Finalise your selections and pay the automated invoice
- Receive your requested data via email
This service is ideal for clients that want to purchase data once off based on their own unique filtering requirements. Prices are dependent on the quantity and type of contact fields chosen. A specific quote will be given to clients who wish to extract certain contact fields once they have created and saved their campaign however an explanation of the pricing is given below:
- R0.15 for Company Name or Specific Business Classification
- R0.30 per contact field for all other contact fields excluding email
(i.e. if a client wants just tel number, cost will be R0.30 per entry. If Tel / company name and Address are wanted then cost will be R0.75 per entry). Minimum order is 1,000 contact fields / entries – whichever is the greatest. Admin fee for orders between 1,000 and 2,500 is R500, between 2,500 and 5,000 is R350 and orders over 5,000 contact fields / entries don’t incur an admin fee.
Please note: use of emails including 1 broadcast is charged at R0.45 each (R0.30 for use of email and R0.15 broadcast fee). All Things SA will conduct broadcast with emails being addressed from clients chosen email address and responses going direct to client. Minimum quantity for email use is 5,000. To purchase emails outright cost is R1.50 each – minimum quantity for purchase is 1,000.
